In collaboration with World Anthropological Union and the Italian Embassy in Pretoria, we will be exploring the Mediterranean Diet and the possible connections between Italian and South African food at our LEKGOTLA
A talk around interplay between food, culture, and human health. Following the discussion, an experiential degustation will provide an opportunity to continue exploring the food, culture, successful ageing and health.
